Sorry about my recent silence over the past several weeks.
I had bilateral knee replacement surgery on August 9th from which I’m still recovering.
I hope to begin posting reviews again with the next few weeks.

Hi Jane, this is Judy who was (or could still be) one of your pen pals through the now defunct Writers Alliance (I think that was the name). I hope your bilateral knee replacements are feeling pretty darn good by now. I’ve had both mine replaced but 15 years apart. Lots of work with doing one so can’t imagine doing both at same time.
I don’t see where to be on your list for receiving regular newsletters. I used to be. If you have a tip for how to get back on let me know. I’ve enjoyed in the past finding good suggestions for mysteries through your reviews.
Congratulations on getting your knees done. Life will be better once the strength is back and the pain is nearly gone.

Hi Judy, Sorry I haven’t written in ages. I took a rather long sabbatical from letter writing. I’ll write again in early 2023.
I don’t have a newsletter at this point. But will consider doing one. I used to have a place on my website where you could sign up. Guess it got lost when I made some changes. I’ll try to see if I can get it back.
I’ll let you know when this happens.
My knees are still rather stiff and I have some discomfort, yet. But, I’ll continue with the physical therapy for a while, yet.
